If you are just getting started, check out:
Installing WordPress on Bluehost requires…well, Bluehost. If you haven’t setup your account yet:
Once you have a Bluehost account, and are logged into the site, scroll down the main page, then locate and click on Install WordPress under the website heading.
Now, choose where to install WordPress
On the next screen, choose the domain you want to install WordPress on. If the domain you chose during signup doesn’t automatically appear, simply click domain and you can select it from the list.
Leave the directory field blank unless you have a good reason to create a sub-folder, which is unlikely if you are just starting.
Click the green Next button to continue.
Enter your Site Name or Title – this isn’t the same as your web address. For this site, it would just be the bloggo
Enter your email address, choose a password, agree to the terms. This completes your installation of WordPress
Make sure you record your Bluehost and WordPress account information in a safe place, you’ll need it later to modify your site.
Congrats! You now have a fresh WordPress installation!
